Young Scientists at the Annual Meeting of the New champions
The Young Scientists is a group of exceptional academics from around the world under the age of 40. They have produced ground-breaking research in different fields and were nominated by the InterAcademy Panel on International Issues (IAP) and invited by the World Economic Forum to participate in the Annual Meeting of the New Champions 2008. Besides leading discussions in their areas of specialty, they will also discuss in several sessions the changing nature of research and how science can contribute to a better world.
