In the thematic activity of “Tianjin’s Night”, held for each Davos Forum, WEF Chairman Schwab and his wife enjoyed themselves so much as to forget to leave and they were deeply attracted by Tianjin’s profound historical and cultural deposits as well as its rapid economic and social development. When interviewed by a journalist, Schwab said, “Tianjin’s development is as energetic as spring and has made a deep impression on participants of the Davos Forum. Now, many people always say we have met in Tianjin.”
