Tianjin makes securing and improving people’s livelihood as an important part of building a beautiful Tianjin, and constantly improves people’s life quality and standard. By the year 2016, total wages of employees in urban units will increase by 13% annually on average, per capita disposable income of urban residents will increase at an average annual rate of over 10%, and the average annual increase of minimum wage will be more than 13%. The city will also implement the plan to double the income of farmers by accelerating their transfer employment. Per capita disposable income of farmers will increase from RMB 13571 in 2012 to RMB 23740 in 2016, with an average annual growth rate of 15%.
