　　Three batches of measures, 29 in total, were taken by Tianjin Customs for clearance procedures. Meanwhile, Tianjin Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau introduced 24 measures for facilitation. That greatly enhanced the efficiency in customs clearance and in pass inspection.

　　Based on the special customs supervision area, with effective guarantee and non-payment of import duties, Tianjin Free Trade Zone permits imported commodities and finished products from processing trade to be taken out of the zone and to face customers via the bonded trade platform, which greatly decreases time cost and funds tied up for enterprises and facilitates the import trade.

　　Tianjin Free Trade Zone saw the establishment of administrative approval bureaus in all of its three areas, which extended the examination procedures and power. It also devolved 241 items that needed municipal approval before. Single windows for comprehensive transactions were set up to provide convenient service, which improved the approval efficiency by 75% and cut the cost for enterprises drastically.
