The WEF team visited Tianjin to discuss the preparatory work of the Summer Davos 2016. On April 20, Zhao Haishan, Vice Mayor of Tianjin Municipality, met a delegation headed by Lee Howell, Managing Director of the Managing Board and Head of Global Programming, and Aikman, Chief Representative Officer, Greater China, Member of the Executive Committee, World Economic Forum Beijing. Both sides held a short meeting on the preparation for the forum.

　　As both teams made joint effort, Lee Howell sang high praise for every item of preparatory work for the Annual Meeting this year. He said that the WEF would give strong support for Tianjin’s hosting of the Summer Davos as before. In the agenda, more topics would be added on China and Tianjin. The tenth Annual Meeting of the New Champions would be of great significance. The WEF would work closely with Tianjin and hold an innovative, featured, internationalized and secure pageant.
