The Annual Meeting of the New Champions 2018 is scheduled to be kicked off on Sept. 18 through 20 at Tianjin Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center. It is reported that this year marks the 39th year of cooperation between China and World Economic Forum. There will be 160 meetings to be held in this year's Summer Davos. As of September 11, more than 2,000 leaders, government officials, business leaders and media representatives from more than 90 countries and regions have confirmed their attendance at the meeting. Therefore, the meeting exceeds the previous ones both in standard and scope.

At present, the security conditions such as the construction of the venue, the vehicles for transportation, the customs clearance at port, medical and health care, accommodation, catering, and municipal appearance and environment are fully implemented and, accordingly, the corresponding responsibilities have been assigned to specific individuals. On September 12, the construction of the conference hall was completed, which has been ready to usher in the delegates at any time. Nine hotels, including Four Seasons Hotel, Astor Hotel, and Ritz-Carlton, have been designated as the hotels for reception; Shouqi Car Rental Company, after public bidding and tendering, has been selected as the car supplier for the annual meeting, and the company will have more than 970 vehicles available for the annual meeting; and 600 young volunteers have been selected from more than 14,000 young talents from 35 universities to provide volunteer services for the annual meeting.
